Terms of delivery

The products bought on the site ABC-MEUBLES.COM are the subject of a delivery by carrier. With abc-meubles.com, you benefit from delivery everywhere in France and in Europe. A special rate is provided for France, Corsica, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Austria, and Switzerland.


For delivery to a country other than those mentioned above, please send a request to the e-mail address: commercial@abc-meubles.com. For delivery in Switzerland, please contact us for a specific quote. Delivery times depend on the availability of products. They are indicated on the site. Unless otherwise stated, we will endeavor to indicate these waiting periods and to minimize delays. You have the possibility to follow the parcels throughout their course. For France, the price of transport depends on the total weight of parcels that are presented when ordering. For other countries, the price is calculated in relation to weight and volume, hence the extra cost compared to France.
The deadlines indicated during the validation are calculated in working days (from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) Free of charge for an order of 400 euros and more. Products of less than 30 kilograms are sent by the DPD carrier or by post. You will be informed by e-mail of the progress of the delivery. Products over 30 kilograms are sent by courier carriers as standard delivery. The carrier will contact you by e-mail or phone to set the delivery day without a specific time slot.

Standard delivery

The products are delivered to the ground floor or building entrance. In case of absence a deposit notice will be left and you will have to contact them to set a new delivery date.

In case of false information, or incorrect measurements made, the additional costs related to the rental of elevators, storage or return of goods will be exclusively your responsibility. Any additional costs related to the rental of elevators, storage or related to your absence (in violation of the commitments made during the appointment) and risk of damage resulting from these constraints will be your responsibility.


For orders sent by DPD, an e-mail will be sent to you with the tracking number and the choice of delivery: home or relay point. For orders shipped by conventional carrier, it will contact you by email or phone to set a delivery day without a specific time slot. Delivery takes place on the ground floor or building entrance. For orders shipped in delivery upstairs, the carrier will contact you to set the delivery day with time slot. Delivery is in the room of your choice. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.

At the time of delivery

In order to prevent further disputes, we ask you to check the condition of the cartons and your pallet in the presence of the deliveryman and to accept in no case a parcel in bad condition, reconditioned, or showing broken parts during transport without first checking the contents. The deliveryman is obliged to wait for the verification of the parcel (s). Mentions "subject to unpacking" are not accepted.
